Safeguarding Children At Risk – Prevention and Action (SCARPA) project in Northumbria aims to keep young people at risk, safe from harm and to provide runaway children with a trustworthy adult to talk to. Offers one-to-one support to young people at risk of or experiencing sexual exploitation. Undertakes training, development work and strategic work around development and implementation of policy and practice.
